Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Large items are usually sent with free shipping, and smaller items use a flat rate. We aim to process available (in stock) items within one to two days of receiving your order. We post your item once we have received your payment, and use the most cost effective service available. NB – some items are made to order – please read the product listing carefully.

International shipping – we currently only ship within New Zealand, and to Australia by arrangement. Shipping to countries beyond this is too expensive, making our products unaffordable.

Packaging – we send all items in non-plastic wrapping and use gummed paper tape wherever possible. For larger items or to weather-proof the shipping label, we may use compostable tape.

Privacy Policy

Information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and improving our service to you. We will never knowingly sell or disclose information to any third party.

Return Policy

If you feel your product is faulty, please contact us in the first instance (rich “at” modish.co.nz) to discuss. The original item must be returned for inspection at your cost, to help determine repair, refund, or replacement.
